在後基因體時代中,基因體網路(gene network)的建構是一個相當熱門的主題,一個基因體網路可以看成是無數個基因間的調控關係組成,最簡單的調控關係是兩個基因間的活化作用或抑制作用,其中,又以時間差的估計最為重要。
本論文利用秩相關係數為量度曲線相似性的準則,提出一套有效率的演算法來估計兩基因間調控作用的時間差。我們將分析實際的酵母菌細胞週期資料,並評估此方法所得到的結果。
