動作分析的研究範圍很廣,包括動作編輯、動作預測與動作語意控制等。本研究以MTM之標準時間做為動作描述。利用C語言作為MTM動作指令的辨識,為了方便使用者進行動作分析,進而設計此系統之執行作業平台。在研究結果方面,本研究建立一套正確、快速且自動化的動作分析系統。以此系統分析動作擷取器捕捉之組裝作業動作的3D數位資訊,使用者只需透過簡單的指令輸入,便可以由電腦將收集到的動作資料,快速進行分析,使結果得到動作序列的描述,以分析結果訂定工作時間。並利用分析結果,發現組裝動作的浪費與無效工作,進而簡化組裝動作,訂定該作業組裝順序。
The research field of movement analysis is very broad and it includes areas such as motion editing, motion prediction, and motion vocabulary control. This research uses the MTM system to define motion elements. Then, we use C Language to design the MTM motion command in order to let users to conduct motion analysis conveniently and further design the operation executing plat form. This research established a set of correct, prompt and automated motion analysis system. The 3D digital information comes from the captured motion of assembly operation. Users only need to enter simple instruction to analyze the motion information which is collected by computers. Therefore, they can get the description of motion sequence, estimate the working time. Finally, we use the analysis result to simplify the motion operation as well as standardize the method of operation.
