本文目的在於應用“人因工程工作姿勢圖例”於鑄造工廠及錫錠回收再製工廠之改善。國內勞工因骨骼肌肉傷害所引致的職業安全衛生問題相當嚴重,其原因繁多複雜並且頗具爭議:有用力負荷過大、重複性施力過於頻繁、施力時程過長、工作姿勢不良…等的問題。然而,「不良的工作姿勢」無疑是個普遍存在而且比較沒有爭議的問題。為了解決「不良的工作姿勢」,勞工安全衛生研究所與清華大學工業工程系之人體計測研究室共同撰寫了“人因工程工作姿勢圖例”,以便使用於工作場所之不良工作姿勢的改善。其中所提出「機能工作姿勢」(Functional Posture)的理論是要使工作場所設施符合作業人員的體型,進而誘導其採行較「自然」且「省力」的工作姿勢。因此,本研究將此應用於兩個工作場所,其中之一為鑄造廠,另一個為錫錠回收再製廠,主要為站姿作業。利用“人因工程工作姿勢圖例”找到工作性質相近的圖譜做為參考,使用其中建議的機能尺寸直接應用到每個工作場所,並且藉由生物力學詳細的評估,以了解其改善效益。經由生物力學計算分析後,發現對於工作現場的效果都相當顯著。因此對於減輕L5/S1的壓力有非常大的助益。
