摘要
本研究旨在探討青少年社會興趣與幸福感之關係。為達研究目的，本研究採用問卷調查法，編製一份適合青少年使用之社會興趣量表，並運用「幸福感量表」做為研究工具，以新竹縣高中職校之學生做為研究樣本，藉由描述性統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關等統計方法，考驗研究假設。研究主要發現如下：
一、青少年社會興趣及幸福感皆呈現中等以上之程度。
二、不同年級、參加志工之青少年在社會興趣上有顯著差異存在；不同性別之青少年在社會興趣上無顯著差異存在。
三、不同性別、參加志工之青少年在幸福感上有顯著差異存在；不同年級之青少年在幸福感上無顯著差異存在。
四、青少年之社會興趣與幸福感在皮爾森積差相關、典型相關上具有顯著相關。
根據上述研究結果，本研究提出數項建議，以供學校、家庭、諮商輔導實務及未來研究做為參考。

Abstract
This research addressed issues at exploring the correlation between adolescent social interest and well-being. For the purpose of this study, questionnaire survey was adopted. Additionally, survey data were collected from the senior high school students in Hsin-Chu County. Furthermore, each participant completed a questionnaire including Social Interest Scale developed for the adolescents and Well-Being Scale to test research hypotheses by descriptive statistics, one-way multivariate analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, and canonical correlation analysis. The results of this study were as follows:
1.Both of adolescent social interest and well-being were above moderate degree.
2.The significant difference were presented between grades and social interest, voluntary service and social interest; the nonsignificant difference was presented between genders and social interest.
3.The significant difference were presented between genders and well-being, voluntary service and social interest; the nonsignificant difference was presented between grades and social interest.
4.The correlation (Pearson product-moment correlation and canonical correlation analysis) between social interest and well-being was significant.
According to the results above, the suggestions for school, family, practice in counseling psychology, and future research were recommended.
