As the technology industry is facing changes in the global and external environment, it will lead to the problem of organizational transformation. If the transformative process fails to provide the correct guidance for the development of the organization through an effective mechanism, the slight ones might cause the organization to revert to the old state and reform will have no effect, and the serious ones might cause organizational problems, dysfunctional organization culture, confused employees and it eventually falls apart. For these theoretical and practical reasons, it is necessary and critical to carry out a series of adjustment measures during the organizational transformation period for the technology industry.
This research is to clarify the employee training needs of the technology industry during the transformation period through a systematic research and analysis framework, and then design a series of comprehensive training programs and courses to help all members of the technology industry adapt to the current transformation period and the various impacts and challenges encountered after the transformation. In this study, the collected data have be systematically analyzed and interpreted by using the social science statistical software SPSS to analyze the training needs assessment. The analysis results of this study on the training courses in the Hsinchu Science Park found that: 1. Training courses should increase the content of practical exercises; 2. Deepen the course content and share industry experience or case sharing; 3. Blended learning should be included in future course education and training methods.
