對許多紙本影像處理設備來說,送紙機構主宰了其處理結果的品質與速度,因此為了要達到既快速且高解析度的要求,必須對送紙機構的動態進行分析。本研究主要藉由分析送紙機構中紙張與滾輪間的作用力來推導其運動方程式,並且在分析過程中將滾輪輸送紙張的過程分成四個階段,以討論在不同的送紙階段中一些重要機構參數對紙張穩定度的影響。同時我們設計了一組送紙測試平台來進行送紙過程,再利用所規劃的實驗方法來量測送紙過程中紙張的速度變化,以和理論的結果相比較。最後從研究結果中歸納出正向力、摩擦係數及滾輪組間之速度差等參數對不同送紙速度之影響,以提升送紙機構的穩定度。
For most of the image-processing equipments, paper-feeding mechanisms play an important role in the property and speed of the process results. In order to achieve the requirements of being both high speed and high resolutions, it is necessary to analysis the dynamic property of the mechanism.
In this study, we formed the dynamic equations by the relations of the interacting force between the sheet and rollers. After dividing the feeding process into four steps, we also be able to discuss the affects of some important mechanical parameters on the dynamic behavior of the sheet during the feeding process. A test device was also designed test the feeding process. In experiment, the velocity variation during the feeding process were measured and recorded and compared the results with the theoretical analysis. Finally, from the results, conclusions were drew to discuss about the affects of normal forces, friction coefficients, and velocity difference of the rollers on the velocity stability of the paper sheet in various feeding speeds.
