本研究旨在探討國小體育教師師生互動情形及影響教師教學決定之因素。研究對象為四位具有十年以上教學經驗之國小體育教師,男、女各兩名,及其所任教之六年級學生共112名,男生57名、女生55名。教學內容為羽球、籃球各四節課,教學過程全程錄音錄影,以修正之CAFIAS師生互動觀察系統,分析師生互動行為;並透過刺激回憶訪談法,蒐集影響教師教學決定之因素。資料分析後得到以下結果:
一、師生互動行為的比例分配情形
(一) 體育教師教學時以直接行為為主;教師行為所佔百分比為57.8﹪,學生行為所佔百分比為42.1﹪,教師行為較高。
(二) 教師行為以口語表達為主,佔51.6﹪;學生行為以非口語表達為主,佔40.5﹪。
二、師生互動行為的類目分配情形
(一) 教師行為主要為提供訊息、提供學生訂正性回饋、指示命令;很少稱讚鼓勵學生、接受採納學生意見、問問題或批評辯護權威。
(二) 學生以理解性行為最高,通常是在練習教師所教的技術。
三、不同性別教師/學生之師生互動情形
(一) 男教師有較多稱讚鼓勵及指示命令等行為;女教師則有較多的提供訊息和訂正性回饋。
(二) 男女教師對男學生皆有較多的指導,但女教師對男學生的批評較多,對女學生則正回饋較多。
(三)男學生得到較多的指導與負回饋;女學生得到較多的正面回饋。
四、國小體育教師教學互動決定之影響因素
(一) 教師因素:經驗、體育教學信念、情緒、專長。
(二) 學生因素:學習表現、學習態度、運動能力、學習反應、常規、學習興趣、性別、學習經驗。
(三) 環境因素:單元或活動的性質、時間、運動安全、學校的運動設施、天氣、教學進度。
The purpose of this study was to examine the interaction between the primary school physical education(PE) teachers and pupils and the factors of influence on teacher’s instructional decisions. The study subjects were four primary school teachers who have more then ten years experience in PE teaching and pupils of their classes. We recorded their four classes with video recorders and then analyzed the interaction between teachers and these pupils with CAFIAS, of factors of influences on teacher’s instructional decisions were collected by stimulated recall technique. After the analysis and discussion, the findings were summarized as follows:
1. The primary PE teachers mainly adopted the direct influence as their teaching approach. The behavior of teachers (57.8%) and pupils (42.1%) were approximately in the ratio 3:2, the higher on the teachers’ behavior.
2. Most of the time, the teachers’ main behavior was verbal expression which focus on giving information, feedback and order. Pupils’ main behavior was nonverbal expression. Pupils practiced the exercise that teachers had taught during the classes.
3. Male teachers gave more praise and order , female teachers gaive more information and feedback.. Both male and female teachers gave more instruction to male pupils.Female teachers gave more criticize to male pupils and gave more postive feedback to female pupils.Male pupils received more instruction and negative feedback but female pupils received more positive feedback.
4. The factors of influences on teacher’s instructional decisions in PE could be classified as three categories. The first category was the influences from the teachers. The second category was the influences from the pupils. Finally, the influences from the environment made up the third category.
