This research focuses on the effectiveness of technology transfer in the Golf industry and investigates the related issues of the environment of technology strategy and transfer; in order to elaborate the full value of the tangible and intangible IPR (intellectual Property Rights) and to repay the technical requirements of operation and production support in the Golf industry.
This research discusses the technology transfer operation and technology strategy. To decide the future technology transfer method, one should start by reviewing literature, collating technology transfer issue of company case, and interviewing with individual case methods to determine the key-success elements of the technology transfer. This research uses "multi-plate welding” case to explore the technology transfer organization, processes, roles, and operating environment. The study, in the meantime, collocates with the technology transfer specialists to establish technology transfer patterns in the testing process; therefore effectively exercise the method in the case of Golf industry.
In addition to finishing the completed procedure in deduced steps & process, this research develops a variety of technology transfer methods for different transfer contexts. Hence, it releases a reference process for these various procedures and they can be referred to further promotion of technology transfer.
