本研究主要目的是探討國小體育專家教師體育課班級管理的情形。研究參與者為六位國小體育專家教師及其所任教的班級，每位教師拍攝一單元之球類教學帶，以體育課管理效率資料蒐集系統（DACOME-PE）與教師監管分析系統（TMAS）為研究之觀察工具，採事件記錄法、期程記錄法與間歇記錄法登錄資料，教學單元結束後並透過訪談，來瞭解專家教師的班級管理策略；所得之結果如下：一、管理時間量：本研究教師平均管理時間總量，佔全部課堂時間的8.93％。二、監管策略：本研究教師監管位置以外圍區域活動為主，佔整堂課81％的時間；平均每分鐘區域改變為1.94格，每格停留時間為32.04秒。三、班級管理之因應策略：本研究教師班級管理策略，包括擬定管理計畫、師生共同討論約法三章、與導師保持聯繫，使教師方便管理，教學更為有效率。

Abstract
The study was mainly to discuss the situation of physical education management of expert teacher in the Primary School. The research object was six expert teachers of elementary school and classes taught, each teacher shoots the ball teaching of a unit, taking Data Collection for Managerial Efficiency in Physical Education（DACOME-PE）and Teacher Monitoring Analysis System（TMAS） as the research ＆ observation instrument, adopt the event recording and duration recording and interval recording login materials. And through interview after the teaching unit, understand expert teacher class manages the strategies. The result was as following：（1）Amount of time managed: The average management time of expert teacher was about 8.93％ of the whole class.（2）Monitoring strategy: The teaching location of expert teachers mainly took round area, 81％ of the whole class. The average moving rate of expert teachers was 1.94 sector/minute, stayed at each sector for about 32.04 seconds.（3）Class' management strategy: This research teacher's class managed the tactics, including the draft of class managing plan, teachers and students discuss and make together, keep in touch with form teache. Make the teacher more efficient in teaching.
