  • 本研究目的,旨在探討曾經治療過性侵害受害兒童的遊戲治療師,其主觀認為在遊戲治療內部環境及在遊戲治療外部環境,促使其產生療癒的治療因子,以及干擾其療癒之干擾因子。本研究透過半結構式深度訪談,針對7名遊戲治療師進行資料蒐集,並經由紮根理論進行資料分析。
    分析結果發現:治療室內有54個治療因子、治療室外治療因子有37個,治療室內干擾因子有24個,治療室外的干擾因子則有44個,依此進一步歸納出13個核心類別及4個主要核心類別。具體而言:
    治療室內良好的成長環境分成「治療室因素」、「治療師因素」、「兒童因素」及「兒童療癒歷程」。治療室的因素是指物理及心理療癒條件的俱足,治療師因素是指治療師的態度、專業知能與特質;兒童因素是指兒童本身的復原力,透過生理、心理、自我強度與依附關係展現;而兒童療癒歷程可說是重建自我的過程。
    治療室外的治療部份分成「環境因素」、「家庭因素」、「治療師因素」及「系統因素」。環境因素是指兒童離開受害環境,家庭因素是指照顧者的正向功能與反應。治療師因素是指治療師與系統進行整體團隊的工作,以及持續自我進修及處理自身議題。系統因素則是指相關系統具備足夠的專業性。
    所謂治療室內不佳的療癒環境,可分成「治療室因素」、「治療師因素」及「兒童因素」。治療室因素是指缺乏具有治療性的遊戲治療設備;治療師因素是指治療師的效能感低;兒童因素乃是指其本身的復原條件不佳。
    至於治療室外不佳的療癒環境,則可分成「環境因素」、「社會政策因素」、「家庭因素」、「司法因素」、「醫療因素」及「交互作用因素」。環境上如無離開受害的地方,社會政策上如安置機構所面臨的挑戰,家庭因素的功能不彰,加上司法審判與出庭狀態之干擾、醫療的驗傷風險,加上治療室內與外的互相影響,均構成兒童不佳的復原條件。
    本研究最後並提出對諮商實務工作者、相關單位及未來研究之建議。

    The research aims to explore the perceptions of the therapeutic factors and risk factors for the sexually abused children from 7 play therapists. The researcher used semistructural in-depth interview and analyzed interview data with grounded theory approach.
    The results showed 54 therapeutic factors in the therapeutic process, 37 therapeutic process outside the therapy room, 24 risk factors in the therapeutic process, and 44 risk factors outside the therapy room, which were organized into 13 core categories and 4 main core categories. They were as follow:
    The therapeutic factors in the therapeutic process were divided into four core categories; they were the therapeutic room factor, therapist factor, child factor and recovery process factor. The therapeutic room factor means that objects and psychological conditions are abundant. The therapist factor means that their attitude, professional knowledge and ability are professional and humane enough. The child factor means that the survivors demonstrate their resilience by way of their physical, psychological conditions, self strength, and attachment. The recovery process means that the reconstruction of their wounded self.
    The therapeutic factors outside the therapy room were divided into the environmental factor, familial factor, therapist factor, as well as the systematic factor. The environmental factor means that children can leave the dangerous environment. The familial factor means that caretakers have positive functions and reactions. The therapist factor means that they can work along with the system and their own work. The system factor means that related network systems can function well.
    The risk factors in the therapeutic process were divided into the therapeutic room factor, therapist factor, and child factor. The therapeutic room factor means that the facilities and play materials are not therapeutic enough. The therapist factor means that they have low efficacy. The child factor means that they have negative recovery condictions.
    As to the risk factors outside the therapy room, they were divided into the environmental factor, social policy factor, familial factor, judicial factor, medical factor, and interaction factor. The environmental factor means that children are still in the dangerous environment. The social policy factor means the challenges that the foster care policy face with. The familial factor means the dysfunctional families. And the interaction factors mean the interlock among those risk factors that interfere with the healing processs.
    Some suggestions for counseling practice and future researches were addressed.
