隨著智慧型手機的蓬勃發展,幾乎取代了功能性手機。而由Apple 主導的App Store及由 Google 主導的Google Play 兩大軟體平台也競爭相當白熱化。由封閉的iOS系統跟開放的Android系統,各自都有非常多的開發者在其平台上開發App,iOS開發者喜歡Apple產品(iPhone/iPad)的簡潔、使用者體驗等,而Android 開發者則崇尚其高度自由化,開放的精神。
然而現今這個世代更是一個以知識取代資本與勞力的年代,亦是以全球化競爭、產品上市時間與組織應變能力快慢為主導的一個知識經濟體系,隨著外部環境變遷,人們需要不斷地學習來提升自己的競爭力,並掌握知識發展的脈動。
所以本研究試圖從「知識管理」之角度,應用「知識創造」理論模式來探討
「以知識創造SECI模式探討App開發者運用知識管理於開發過程之研究」,並根據 Nonaka & Takuichi(1995)之SECI 模式,將「App開發者運用知識管理」分別對照於社會化行為、外化行為、組合化行為、內化行為等四種不同之「知識創造行為」,研究開發者藉由不同之「知識創造行為」,透過內隱知識與外顯知識間不斷地相互轉換,來累積開發創造能量,探討是否產生開發成功App之成效。
本研究採用問卷調查法,來蒐集樣本資料並進行量化研究之統計分析,並探討運用知識管理於App開發過程之研究。本研究成果除了支持並印證了「SECI 模式理論」之外,並進一步證實了該理論應用於App開發過程,其結果與過去文獻將上述理論運用App開發過程中,並找出落實知識管理對於App開發市場成功的關聯性。
