  • 利用Hartwig C-N偶合的反應,將二溴薁化合物與苯胺合成兩種化合物,運用在有機發光二極體之星狀物的材料上,以真空蒸鍍的方式使化合物沉積於ITO玻璃(Anode)的表面,再利用Al來當電極(Cathode),做成最簡單的三層結構,來探究其最基本的光性質與其他運用方式之可能性。


    This thesis mainly discussed the optical property of Azulene compound in organic light-emitting diode (OLED). Azulene was catalyzed by Palladium (Pd), yielding its nitrogen derivatives, which was applied in the simplest 3-layer-structure component that we made.
