目的:本研究旨在探討體操運動的知覺動作訓練與前庭系統刺激訓練對於發展協調障礙之青少年協調能力的影響。方法:受試對象為國立新竹女中15-16歲之女性學生共660人,先以Movement ABC-2篩選出有發展協調障礙者28人,隨機分配為實驗組15人與對照組13人,受試者皆智力正常且無特殊學習、肢體或情緒障礙。實驗組進行為期8週,每週3次,每次80分鐘的體操運動介入訓練,控制組不進行訓練。訓練完畢後實驗組與控制組再以Movement ABC -2進行協調能力的後測。本研究結果以描述性統計建立受試者各項基本資料,以前測為共變量進行單因子共變數分析(one-way ANCOVA),考驗以體操動作介入訓練之實驗組與對照組的差異。結果:一、以體操運動訓練後,實驗組在手部精細動作與球類瞄準投與接測驗的得分上顯著高於控制組(p<.05)。二、以體操運動訓練後,實驗組在下肢動靜態平衡的得分上顯著高於控制組(p<.05)。三、以體操運動訓練後,實驗組在三項總分的得分上顯著高於控制組(p<.05)。結論:體操運動的知覺動作訓練與前庭系統刺激訓練對於發展協調障礙之青少年在手眼協調、眼腳協調及身體協調能力上具有改善的效果。
Purpose: The goal of this research was to study the influence of perceptual movement training and vestibular system stimulation of gymnastics training on the juveniles with developmental coordination disorder. Methods: The subjects were 660 16-year-old girls from National Hsinchu Girls’ Senior High School. Twenty-eight of them had been selected as having developmental coordination disorder by Movement ABC-2 method, and had been splitted into experimental group (n=15) and control group (n=13). All subjects have normal intelligence and no specific learning and physical disability or mental disorder. The experimental group had received 8-week gymnastics intervention training (3 times a week and 80 minutes per training), while the control group had received no training. Both of 2 groups had received posttest of coordination by ABC-2 method after 8-week of training. Each subject’s basic information was set up by descriptive statistic. The researcher used pretest value as covariate to conduct one-way ANCOVA, testing the difference between 2 groups. Results: (1) After gymnastics training, the test of manual dexterity, aiming and catching in E group were significantly higher (p<.05) than C group. (2) After gymnastics training, the test of balance in E group were significantly higher (p<.05) than C group. (3) After gymnastics training, the test of total test scores in E group were significantly higher (p<.05) than C group. Conclusions: Perceptual movement training and vestibular system stimulation of gymnastics training on the juveniles with developmental coordination disorder have significant improvement in the eye-hand coordination, eye-foot coordination, the overall body coordination ability.
