本研究目的在探討學習對競速直排輪起跑動作表現的影響,藉由運動學分析不同週別的動作型態差異。實驗參與者為8位國小五、六年級男童,透過攝影機 (CASIO EX-F1, 300Hz) 拍攝第0週、第2週、第4週、第6週的起跑動作,再以動作分析軟體 Kwon 3D(濾波為6Hz) 擷取運動學參數。以單因子變異數分析速度、跨步週期、跨步距離、蹬地角度、蹬地時間、認知程度的差異性,並探討跨步週期、跨步距離、蹬地角度、蹬地時間、認知程度與速度的相關性,統計水準定為α=.05。研究結果顯示:一、認知程度於第2週開始有顯著差異、速度及跨步距離於第4週始有顯著差異。(p<.05)二、第0、2、4週時跨步距離有顯著相關、第6週時蹬地時間及認知程度有顯著相關。三、練習過程速度的顯著差異,分別為第4週優於第0週、第6週優於第0週、第6週優於第2週,可見充分的練習確實有助於速度的進步。本研究之結論為:前五步平均速度與蹬地角度、蹬地時間、認知測驗隨週別相關程度逐漸增加,平均速度與跨步距離相關程度於第0至4週逐漸增加,第4至6週逐漸減少。平均速度與跨步週期相關程度無一定趨勢。
The aim of this study is to explore how learning affects the start performance in racing rollerblading. The differences of movements within various weeks are analyzed by Kinematics. The participants were eight fifth and sixth graders in elementary school. All the start movements from the Week 0, Week 2, Week 4, and Week 6 are recorded by the camera (CASIO EX-FI, 300Hz), and then analyzed by the Motion Analysis of Kwon 3D software with 6 Hz cutoff. The paired one-way ANONA is used to analyze the differences of stride cycle, stride distance, stomp angle, stomp timing, and cognitive level. And their relationships is further explored with criteria (α=0.5). The findings are as below: 1.The significant differences in cognition emerge in Week 2 and the differences in speed and stride distance occur in Week 4.(p<.05) 2. Distinctions in stride distance are found in Week 0, Week 2, and Week 4, and distinctions in both stomp timing and cognition are also found in Week 6. 3. As practice makes speed different, the speed in Week 4 is better than in Week 0, while in Week 6 the speed is better than in Week 0 and Week2. The conclusion: The relevance of the average speed, stomp angle, and stomp timing of the first 5 steps, and the cognition test generally increase by weeks. The relevance of average speed and stride distance gradually increase starting Week 0 through Week 4 ,but gradually decrease from Week 4 to Week 6. The average speed and stride cycle is not related.
