  • 本研究旨在探討寬恕教育方案,對國中八年級學生在提升寬恕態度、降低霸凌行為與提升勇氣之輔導效果。本研究採準實驗研究法,以苗栗縣某國中八年級二個班級學生為研究對象,其中一個班級為實驗組(N=20),另一個班級為對照組(N=20)。實驗組接受為期七週,每週三節課,每節四十五分鐘,合計二十一節的寬恕教育方案課程。對照組於實驗組接受實驗處理期間同時接受綜合領域輔導活動課程。本研究於實驗前、實驗結束後一週內及四週後對所有研究對象以「Enright寬恕量表」、「中學生學校生活調查問卷」及「WPCS勇氣量表」進行施測,所得資料以多變量共變數分析進行統計考驗。另外,以「學生意見調查表」輔助研究者分析實驗方案對實驗組影響的參考。
    本研究之結論如下:
    一、 寬恕教育方案的介入,對國中八年級學生在提升「寬恕態度」上具有顯著立即性及持續性輔導效果。
    二、 寬恕教育方案的介入,對國中八年級學生在降低「霸凌行為」上具有顯著立即性及持續性輔導效果。
    三、 寬恕教育方案的介入,對國中八年級學生在提升「勇氣」上具有顯著立即性及持續性輔導效果。
    四、 在「學生意見調查表」的分析中,發現寬恕教育方案的介入,對國中八年級學生具有輔導效果。
    本研究結論顯示寬恕團體方案能提升國中八年級學生的寬恕態度、降低霸凌行為發生頻率、增加知覺霸凌嚴重性及提升勇氣,結果可提供教育和輔導相關工作者及未來研究者之參考。

    The purposes of the study were to investigate the effectiveness of the forgiveness program intervention for junior high school Grade-8 students on their forgiveness attitude, bullying behavior and courage. The quasi-experimental design was used on this study. Two classes, forty teenagers, were randomly selected from one junior high school in Miaoli County to participate in this study. One class was assigned to the treatment group (N=20) and the other one as the control group(N=20). The treatment group participated in 21-secssion(three times a week,45minutes a session) received forgiveness education intervention while the control group received comprehensive curriculum. The result was based on the post-test and follow-up testing of the Enright Forgiveness Inventory (EFI),the School Bullying Scales (SBS),the School Bullying Severity Scales (SBSS) and the WPCS-23. The data was analyzed according to MANCO-VA. In addition, the feedbacks from the students were to analyze and present influence.
    The results indicated that:
    1. The effects of the forgiveness group intervention on junior high school 8th students’ forgiveness attitude guidance were immediate, continuous, and obvious.
    2. The effects of the forgiveness group intervention on junior high school 8th students’ bullying behavior guidance were immediate, continuous, and obvious.
    3. The effects of the forgiveness group intervention on junior high school 8th students’ courage guidance were immediate, continuous, and obvious.
    4. Based on the result of the students’ Feedback Form, the forgiveness program intervention had the obvious effect for 8th junior high school students.
    In accordance with the research results, the forgiveness group intervention can enhance students' forgiveness attitude, bullying behavior and courage. Therefore the study is provided for the implications and education research in the further.
