本文主要研究含脫層複材疊層板[±θ]4S承受軸向負載、純彎矩、橫向負載時脫層間的接觸現象、挫曲行為及其與能量釋放率之關係。在實驗部分,運用所設計的夾具夾持試片置於拉壓試驗機中進行加載實驗,並以類比-數位訊號轉換卡(ADDA卡)接收應變規、荷重元及位移計的類比訊號,輸入電腦計算出正確的應變、負載及位移。同時輔以超音波檢測技術觀察試片內部脫層成長現象。在分析方面,使用更新拉格朗治法推導的二維有限單元增量型系統程式來分析,程式中以轉換矩陣法來建立接觸介面的限制條件以處理脫層間的接觸問題,並以修正型牛頓-拉夫森迭代法配合負載控制法和位移控制法,來分析疊層板承受軸向、純彎矩及橫向負載的行為。在變化脫層深度的試片中,未產生局部挫曲試片之複材板強度較產生局部挫曲者大。對於產生局部挫曲之試片,複材板強度隨著預埋脫層的增長而下
降;也隨預埋脫層的加深而下降。此外試片寬度對單位寬度複材板強度影響不大。利用有限單元分析以能量釋放率預測出脫層成長趨勢,在橫向負載中,隨著預埋脫層加深,脫層成長方向由自由端轉往固定端成長;隨著預埋脫層增長,則由固定端往自由端成長。純彎矩負載中,隨著預埋脫層加深,脫層越不易成長;隨著預埋脫層加長,脫層越不易成長;試片纖維疊層角度越大,越不易產生脫層成長。
