VICS(Voluntary Inter-industry Commerce Standards )於1998年提出CFPR模式,並應用於美國及歐洲地區許多企業,對於需求預測精確性能有效地提升、降低存貨成本及減少缺貨的狀況,成為供應鏈上協同商務之一。目前CPFR在台灣的相關文獻探討多為導入前效益評估或導入CPFR的成敗因素分析上,而在執行層面的研究較為缺乏。因此,本研究的重點在於瞭解執行層面中協同預測階段流程的核心機制滾動式預測(Rolling Forecast)之運作邏輯,以探討此核心機制中影響CFPR模式整體績效的關鍵因子。
首先,本研究中先介紹CPFR中協同預測的流程並說明流程的核心機制滾動式預測(Rollign Forecast),以範例實際演算整個協同預測流程,因而得知影響滾動式預測的關鍵因子可能為預測機制中的預測方式:預測凍結週期(Cycle Time)與預測規劃週期(Cycle Time)。然後以一個零售通路商對象,為交易關係中的買方及其供應商為賣方,挑選一個即將上市的新品為協同商品品項,並考量此商品市場需求的環境因子:需求率與需求變動。透過實驗設計與模擬分析,探討本研究滾動式預測(Rolling Forecast)方法在不同的環境因子:需求率與需求變動與控制因子:預測凍結週期(Cycle Time)與預測規劃週期(Cycle Time)對預測績效指標與營運績效指標的影響。
最後,藉由本研究的實驗設計與模擬分析發現,這些環境因子與控制因子都對預測績效指標與營運績效指標有都顯著的影響存在,並整理本實驗影響結果以輔助業界在執行CPFR中決定有關預測規劃的決定。
