新冠肺炎於台灣自2020年初爆發，延燒至今尚未趨緩。在嚴峻的疫情威脅下，全球政治經濟均面臨了不同程度的衝擊；社會各項制度大幅變動、人民百姓的生命健康飽受威脅。
在嚴峻的疫情之下，如何面對當下環境的變化，並適時做出正確的改善之道、提出具體可行的解決方案，實為對幼教業者的一大考驗。本研究希冀能就自身經驗出發，首先針對幼兒教育與經營策略之文獻做研擬討論，再依照自營機構之現況與方案，提出因應方法以供同業與後進學者參考；同時更以機構間的比較與分析之結果，討論日後之延續與發展模式，希望能夠拋磚引玉，使更多有識之士關注教育問題與可能之解決方案。
後疫情時代，機構必須遵守健康原則，管理好自己也關心他人，新型態的方式將成為日常的生活指南，我們絕對不能只考慮自己，還必須替他人著想。世界將轉變為不同往日的「新」模樣，「最終我們一定會度過疫情嚴峻的日子，只是生活將不再一如往常了。」

The COVID-19 broke out in Taiwan in 2020, and the fever has not yet subsided. Under the severe threat of the epidemic, the global political economy has faced varying degrees of impact; social systems have undergone substantial changes, and the lives and health of the people have been threatened.
Under the severe epidemic situation, how to face the changes in the current environment, make the correct way to improve in a timely manner, and propose specific and feasible solutions is a major test for supplementary education practitioners. This research hopes to start from its own experience, first to conduct research and discussion on the literature on early childhood education and business strategies, and then according to the current situation and plans of self-operated institutions, put forward corresponding methods for the reference of peers and later scholars; Compare and analyze the results, discuss the continuation and development model in the future, and hope to be able to attract more insightful people to pay attention to educational problems and possible solutions.
In the future, institutions must abide by public health principles, which will become the new guidelines for everyone's daily life. We can't just live for self, we have to live for others. The world we are familiar with will become a "new" look different from the past. "We will eventually get through the epidemic, but life will never be the same again."
