本論文主要研究方向為設計與製作高解析度磁性量測系統,希望藉由實驗與分析精進存取間距1 mm磁性量測系統之解析度與精度。
全文分為兩部分,一為充磁頭的設計、製作與繞線技術的精進,分別以模擬與實驗針對充磁頭幾何尺寸、輸入電流、充磁間隙等變數做討論與分析;另一為考慮完成充磁後膠尺上磁場與讀取感測器的關係,希望能模擬並量測出不同場型、場強、與極寬誤差對讀取之解析度與精度之間的影響,進一步評估何種充磁參數與誤差範圍在磁性量測系統製作上是可以被接受的。
To manufacture a high-resolution magnetic recording medium is the goal of this thesis, which increases the resolution and accuracy of the magnetic scale with the 1mm pole pitch. Two approaches are proposed : one is to advance the capabilities of design, fabrication and the coil winding technique of the magnetizer including geometries, input current and gap between the front end of the magnetizer and medium. The other considers the relationship of the magnetic field and magnetic resistance sensors to discuss the parameters effecting the resolution and accuracy of the encoder, which consists of the magnetic field shape, strength and pole pitch error.
