本研究旨在探討「阿德勒學派團體諮商」對網路成癮青少年在網路成癮行為、自我概念、學校人際、社會興趣等之立即性與長期性諮商效果。本研究採等組前後測準實驗設計，係以新竹某國中國二學生為樣本，利用目前網路使用情形檢核表對該校國二學生進行調查，從檢核表中挑選網路成癮傾向較高的學生進行訪談，依據訪談結果篩選出18名研究參與者，分派至實驗組及控制組各9名，實驗組成員接受每週一次，每次120分鐘，共八次之團體諮商。本研究以網路成癮量表、自我概念量表、學校人際量表、社會興趣量表為評量工具，所得資料以單因子共變數分析進行統計考驗，並整理成員回饋表內容，以及團體後個別訪談內容等資料，以作為研究結果的佐證及輔助。
本研究之主要結果有：一、實驗處理後，阿德勒學派團體諮商對網路成癮青少年在網路成癮中戒斷反應向度、自我概念，以及社會興趣中連結性向度皆具有立即性諮商效果。二、實驗處理四週後，阿德勒學派團體諮商對網路成癮青少年在網路成癮中時間管理向度，以及自我概念具有長期性諮商效果。根據上述結果，本研究提出若干建議，以作為輔導應用與未來研究之參考。三、從團體成員的回饋以個別訪談資料中發現，成員對此一團體諮商及參與過程皆持正向、肯定的態度，並在參與過程中經驗到正向人際經驗，終能從新行為的實踐中，提升自我肯定，並減少對網路的依賴性。

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to explore the immediate and follow-up counseling effects of Adlerian Group Counseling on Internet addiction, Self-concept, School interpersonal relationship, and Social interest of internet addiction adolescent. The study used the quasi-experimental design. The subjects consisted of 18 internet addiction adolescents.They were in the second grade at junior high school from Hsinchu. They selected by Internet-Use Scale and interview by researcher. These adolescents were assigned randomly to experiment group and control group. The experiment group was treated with 8 sessions of Adlerian Group Counseling. Instruments for measuring the effects included Chen Internet addiction scale (CIAS), Self-concept scale, School interpersonal relationship scale, and Social interest scale. All the data were analyzed by one-way ANCOVA. Furthermore, the feedback and interview result of experiment group members were both used as the proofs and supplements of this research.
The major findings of this study were: First, Adlerian Group Counseling had significant immediate effects on Withdrawal symptoms of Internet addiction, Self-concept, and Connection of Social interest. Second, Adlerian Group Counseling had significant long-term effects on Time management problems of Internet addiction, and Self-concept.In the light of above findings, conclusions and recommendations were offered for counselors and advanced researches.
