本研究聚焦於家庭與成員創傷的療癒。過往研究多以復原力切入,探討家庭及家內成員如何運用其優勢重新適應社會。本研究除探討家庭韌性,更強調解壓縮家庭創傷的歷史經驗,以找回家庭成員在療癒過程中的主體性及關係中的互為主體性。
具體來說,研究者結合自我敘說的方法及身為女性的視匡,探討原生家庭歷史中的汙名與家內性創傷經驗如何在手足及自身親密關係中傳遞。本研究始於辨識世代間的差異;差異的辨識為令人窒息的壓迫創造挪動的條件,而差異的理解、尊重與涵容讓研究者得以在關係中學習了解、同理及安在。
據此,研究者進一步在關係中探索及嘗試發展自我的主體性,理解關係的意義與價值後在其中學習『度』的斟酌與拿捏。研究者在『嫁出去的女兒』與『初為人妻與媳婦』等多重角色期待中學習個體主體性的賞識與彰顯,進而透過在關係中參贊彼此以及參與家庭間的次系統,讓家庭從創傷中得到療癒並在關係中開顯美感。
綜合以上,本研究透過敘說探究在故事中理解跨世代家庭創傷在文化與社會脈絡中的形塑與生成。藉由將重新理解既有文獻對性污名、貧窮污名及對女性之壓迫如何被主體所經驗與應對;並對於本土的助人專業提供理論與實務在地的理解與貢獻。
This study focuses on the healing of family and individual trauma. Previous research has mainly approached this topic through the lens of resilience, exploring how families and their members utilize their strengths to readapt to society. In addition to investigating family resilience, this study emphasizes the importance of unpacking the historical experiences of trauma within families, in order to reclaim the subjectivity of family members in the healing process and the mutual subjectivity within relationships.
Specifically, the researchers employ methods of self-narrative and a feminist perspective to explore how the stigma and experiences of intrafamilial trauma from the family's history are transmitted within sibling and intimate relationships. The study began with identifying intergenerational differences; the recognition of these differences created conditions for moving beyond suffocating oppression, while understanding, respecting, and embracing these differences enabled the researchers to learn about understanding, empathy, and acceptance within relationships.
Subsequently, the researchers further explore and attempt to develop their own subjectivity within relationships, learning to navigate the 'balance' of relationships after understanding their meaning and value. Through the multiple roles and expectations such as "a married daughter" and "a daughter-in-law" the researchers learn to appreciate and demonstrate individual subjectivity, thus allowing the family to heal from trauma and manifest beauty within relationships by participating in and contributing to the family's subsystems.
In summary, this study utilizes narrative inquiry to understand how intergenerational family trauma is shaped and generated within cultural and social contexts. By reinterpreting existing literature on sexual stigma, poverty stigma, and oppression experienced and addressed by individuals, and providing a theoretical and practical understanding of indigenous helping professions, the study contributes to the understanding and development of localized theories and practices.
