    Abstract
This study explores the influence of parental knowledge, behaviors, and attitudes on child development. Semi-structured interviews with three subjects were analyzed using content analysis, systematic literature review, and narrative inquiry.
Case 1 involves an individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) benefiting from long-term, regular exercise, specifically mountain climbing. The therapeutic effects of forest bathing improve sleep quality, regulate the nervous system and immunity, boost cognitive abilities and emotional stability, increase appetite and physical strength. This underscores the interaction of exercise, sleep, and nutrition.
Case 2 focuses on an adult with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) who recognized her symptoms and sought medical treatment. Medication improved her focus, and boxing alleviated restlessness. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables, low in processed foods, increased her antioxidant reserves, reduced chronic inflammation, and alleviated ADHD symptoms.
Case 3 describes a child with autism, ADHD, and Tourette syndrome. Complex food additives and excessive sugar intake exacerbated hyperactivity, as shown by a chocolate test. Avoiding poorly tolerated food ingredients and reducing refined carbohydrates and processed foods alleviated symptoms of Tourette syndrome.
The last two cases highlight the significant impact of food components on symptoms and emphasizes the need for individualized dietary patterns and personalized supplements. Family support and encouragement significantly influence self-acceptance, self-realization, and interpersonal relationships.
