以現行的企業來說,成長過程裡面臨最大的挑戰就是人力資源的運用,尤其是在跨領域轉型上常常會面臨到的是有沒有適合的人才,又或者是說有沒有更完善的人力資源的模式來進行人才配置,希望藉由此次研究,讓轉型的過程中運轉更順利,儘早地步入到軌道上。
本次探討的是在權亞石材企業中進行跨領域轉型上由石材傳統製造商轉型為科技精密石材零組件供應商,由於目前在台灣的業界當中在此技術領域的相關企業不超過2家,所以希望在此次研究中所提出的相關觀點,透過一些在學校學習以及各個文獻的學術論點等等來進行對於人力資源組織效能之研究。
目的為瞭解傳統產業人資運行的模式上與現代產業模式上的差異性,並改善在轉型中造成的觀點落差,透過研究實行人力資源效能管理,並依照員工組織效能感,觀察每一位員工的想法,並從中設法調整人力資源管理運用,達到員工對工作績效之影響。
Human resource utilization can be one of the most challenging situations for the enterprises nowadays, especially when it comes to interdisciplinarity business transformation, which may confront with the talents seeking, or in other words, to have sufficient human resource for the suitable allocation. I hope that the process of the transformation could be more. improved, and be on track as early as possible with this study.
This research is to investigate the transformation from the traditional stone processing industry to the technology industry of supply the technological products of stone. Through the classes, academic researches, thesis, and some case analysis to propose relevant perspectives to carry out the research of human resource management effectiveness.
To understand the differences of human resource operation. between traditional industry systems and modern industry systems, and to make improvement on the perception gaps in between, via the complete training scheme, human resource allocation, and the evaluation of self-efficacy of employees to have influence on job performance.
