  • 在產品生命週期中,對於企業來說維修與保養的議題始終是企業策略中重要的一環。近年來,資通訊技術(Information Communication Technologies,簡稱ICT)的興起,e化維修保養(e-Maintenance)的新興領域正在發展當中。在這新興的領域當中,ICT技術的應用與選擇,以及企業本身要如何整合自身相關的維修保養資源最為重要。此外,擴增實境(Augmented Reality,簡稱AR)是近年來熱門的技術之一,相關的應用領域與研究不斷的被提出,其人性化且直覺的顯示提供使用者另一種全新的體驗。
    基於e化維修保養概念,本研究先提出服務導向架構為基礎之擴增實境維修保養架構。基於此概念架構,接著以汽車保養維修服務應用為例,實作擴增實境汽車維修/保養專家系統,透過擴增實境直覺的介面顯示,呈現維修與保養步驟,提供汽車使用者於保養維修上的問題排除方法。最後驗證擴增實境技術於e化維修保養上的價值與有效性。另外,本研究亦實作擴增實境3D資源存取服務,稱為”AR 3D Resource service”,以提供企業在整合與利用擴增實境技術時,所需之CAD模型資料存取之參考架構,以利擴增實境技術在開發不同種類的應用時之彈性與一致性。
    透過e化維修保養之概念與本研究之系統架構,提供企業於開發擴增實境相關維修與保養應用之參考,利用擴增實境技術提供使用者人性化的資訊顯示;另外在企業內部資源整合層面,藉由服務導向架構的方式,滿足企業於擴增實境於開發應用系統上的資源存取,整合上下游不同之資源讓擴增實境的應用於維修保養開發更豐富且全面。
