近幾年來隨著觀光旅遊業及國際商業的發展，泰國與台灣交流的機會不斷增多，而語言為文化交流的最重要工具，然而目前在泰國的華語文化教學及台灣文化教學大致局限於表層文化，而且學習華語的泰籍生很少關注台灣的深層文化，尤其是台灣人對於泰國或泰國人的觀點。若泰籍生能夠知道台灣人如何看待泰國或泰國人，將有助降低其與台灣人溝通交流時因文化上無知、誤解或衝突所造成的消極心理反應，並能夠進一步與台灣人進行更有意義且有效率的溝通交流，甚至可破除台灣人對於泰國或泰國人的偏見或誤解。
台灣網路新聞能夠反應台灣當時對於泰國或泰國人的認知與觀點。就電子報而言，其具有真實性、準確性及完備性。本研究因此以電子報爲教學素材，以期培養與提升泰籍生的跨文化能力為目標。本研究基於訪談師生的需求分析、台灣涉泰華語新聞分析以及相關文獻探討針對學習中高級華語的泰籍生設計以台灣華語網路新聞為教學素材之華語跨文化教學。期望學習者能經由本研究創造的華語跨文化教學充分培養與提升其跨文化能力，並提高其華語文能力。
本研究以訪談師生的需求分析、台灣涉泰華語新聞分析以及相關文獻探討爲教學設計的基礎，設定選取華語網絡新聞之原則，並基於教學設計原則以及ASSURE教學設計模式設計出針對泰籍生之華語網路新聞跨文化教學。另設計三個教學單元為教案範例供參考。希望本研究能夠對未來相關研究有參考的價值。

The Chinese language has been valued since the opportunities for communication between Thais and Taiwanese have been increasing for years. However, understanding Taiwanese culture is also important. At present, the teaching of Taiwanese culture in Thailand is generally limited to the teaching of surface-structure culture. Moreover, Thai students who study Chinese seldom pay attention to the deep-structure culture of Taiwanese, especially the views of Taiwanese towards Thailand or Thai people, which would help to reduce the negative psychological reactions caused by ignorance, cultural misunderstanding, or conflicts when communicating with Taiwanese, that they can communicate in a more meaningful and efficient manner, and even get rid of certain prejudices or misunderstandings about Thailand or Thai people.
This research aims to based on interviews and related literature reviews create the design of cross-cultural teaching for Thai students who are studying intermediate and advanced Chinese, by using Online Taiwan newspapers as teaching materials and media, since they can reflect Taiwanese perceptions and views towards Thailand or Thai people at the time. It is expected that Thai students can cultivate and enhance their cross-cultural competence, and simultaneously improve their Chinese language proficiency.
