機械式連桿沖床在運轉時,內部機構的質量因牛頓第二運動定律產生慣性力作用在機架上,造成系統的不平衡,引發沖床產生振動及噪音,在微沖壓加工時更易造成沖頭的壽命縮短。以往解決沖床的動態不平衡的方式,常以增設滑塊四連桿組作為動平衡機構。
本論文之研究目的在於分析連桿沖床的慣性力,並改善其動態不平衡。首先對本實驗室所開發之複合驅動伺服沖床進行動力分析,以了解此沖床之動態不平衡表現,作為動平衡機構合成之參考依據,和Working Model(WM)結果及實驗數據作對照,證實分析方法之可行性,並探討沖剪過程中沖壓力與側向推力的關係。其次提出動平衡機構的尺寸合成流程,在諸多解答中,藉由調整滑塊偏置量、桿件尺寸、桿件質心位置與滑塊配重等參數作慣性力的分析及比較。最後以複合驅動伺服沖床與一般市售的曲柄沖床為目標,分別設計一組動平衡機構,並調整曲柄沖床之機構參數,以快速且簡單的設計程序達到改善曲柄沖床的動態不平衡之目的。
