本研究主要目的旨在探討國軍自開放智慧型手機後，官兵使用手機的人際關係之現況，並以部隊個案–欣蒂為例，探究剛下部隊擔任少尉排長的欣蒂對於國軍開放智慧型手機使用後的情形，進而分析智慧型手機使用在部隊的影響力。研究個案發現，自國軍開放使用智慧型手機，提升了部隊生活品質及舒服優良的生活環境，工作上縮短了訊息、命令傳遞的時效，節省部隊舊式的面對面溝通，彼此連繫方便快速許多，相反的違反資安規定的案件卻層出不窮，加上現今國軍弟兄大多是高中剛畢業、越來越多的女性同仁加入，在道德思想尚不成熟，誤觸軍中道德倫理的底線近年來逐漸攀升。國軍雖研發管理系統MDM管制官兵洩漏軍中機密，但手機的社群功能卻讓部隊內部管理的制度更加的透明化，幹部的領導統御受到威脅，不只是國家安全受到威脅，對部隊形象及內部團結也是一大考驗。智慧型手機的開放對國軍來說，形成許多便利，若國軍能在管理方法進行研討，並強化官兵道德觀念及保密的認知作為，來達到保密原則及國軍開放智慧型手機的順利。

The study is to explore the current of the interpersonal relationship of military using smartphone after the opening, and to take the case of Cindy, who was the youngest platoon leader. Using the attitudes of smartphones and interpersonal relationships, we analyze the influence of smartphones use on the interpersonal relationship. The research case found that since the opening of the military to use smartphones, the quality of life of the troops and the comfortable and excellent living environment have been improved. The work has shortened the timeliness of information and command transmission, saving the old-fashioned face-to-face communication of the troops, and connecting them quickly and easily. On the contrary, the cases of violating the security regulations have emerged in an endless stream. The morality is still immature, and the bottom line of ethics in the military has gradually declined in recent years.Although the military’s R&D management system MDM controls officers and soldiers to leak military secrets, the community function of smartphone makes the internal management system of the troops more transparent, and the leadership of the cadres is threatened, not only the national security is threatened, but also the image of the troops and Internal unity is also a big test. The opening of smartphones has created a lot of convenience for the military. If the military can conduct research on management methods.
Strengthen the cognition of officers and men's moral values and confidentiality to achieve the principle of confidentiality and the smooth running of the military to open smartphones.
