本研究以「科技領導」為主題,以參與臺灣第一屆青少年教育機器人奧林匹克競賽並獲獎之學校為個案,並以其指導教練與學校主任為研究對象。本研究採質性研究法,而研究發現有以下三大項:
一、不同學校主任及教練科技領導之現況
政府近年來的資訊教育政策,為國民中學奠定良好的科技硬體設備基礎,教師選擇使用科技的首要原因是因為其能夠幫助課程的進行,且整體大環境或是疫情的原因會導致教師間接地選擇使用科技融入教育。
二、不同背景的國民中學校主任及教練在科技領導各層面之典範作為
政府政策的計畫會導致願景的改變,且家長接受度高時,整體在運作上也會更加的順利。學校要能夠提供足夠完備的協助才有辦法讓教師更願意進行嘗試,除此之外要多提供研習或是相關資訊讓教師進行學習。多樣化的設備及軟硬體的建置可以更豐富學生的課程內容,又配合教育部之計畫,學校方面在需要經費時都可以提出申請。大部分學校還是以了解代替評鑑,並配合學生的狀況進行課程調整。
三、目前學校主任及教練科技領導面臨的困境及未來解決的方案
教師可能會缺乏一些科技專業的能力,資源也不見得如此充足,或寧願用傳統的教育模式進行教學,學校可以思考和社區、家長關係的策略,親師合作發展親職教育。
依據上述結論,研究者提出若干條建議,供未來國民中學科技領導及此方面的有關研究參酌。
With the theme of "Science and Technology Leadership", this study takes schools that participated in and won International Youth Robot Competition in Taiwan as cases, and their instructors and school directors as subjects. Qualitative research is used in this study, and the findings are as follows:
I. Current situation of directors and coaches in different schools.
In recent years, the government's information education policy has laid a good foundation for scientific and technological hardware equipment in junior high school. The primary reason why teachers choose to use technology is that it can help the course, and the overall environment or the epidemic situation will lead to teachers indirectly choosing to use technology into education.
II. Examples of science and technology leadership by junior high school directors and coaches from different backgrounds.
Government policy plans will lead to changes in vision, and when parents accept them well the overall operation will be more smooth. In order to make teachers more willing to try, the school should provide sufficient assistance. Besides, more study or relevant information should be provided for teachers to learn and integrate. A variety of equipment and hardware can be built to enrich the curriculum content of students, and in line with the plan of the Ministry of Education, schools can apply for funds whenever they need them. Most schools still use understanding instead of assessment and adjust the curriculum according to the situation of students.
III. The current difficulties faced by school directors and coaches and technology leaders and the future solutions.
Teachers may lack some technical abilities and resources, or prefer to use the traditional educational mode of teaching. Schools can consider the strategy of relationship with communities and parents, and cooperate with teachers to develop parent education.
Based on the above conclusions, the researchers put forward some suggestions for the future science and technology leadership of junior high school and related research.
