在現今的社會，瞭解並學習如何運用人工智慧是必要的。人工智慧能為社會帶來利益與威脅。此研究主要分析銀行系統在人工智慧帶來的改變下對銀行有何影響。此研究內容包括人工智慧的介紹與歷史、風險與挑戰。由於許多研究指出現在人工智慧的運用都還屬於起步的階段，此研究能幫助瞭解人們和銀行是如何被人工智慧影響，並且找出研究方向使銀行不畏改變，使人們與人工智慧合作。

AI has its benefits and threats. Understanding and learning the use of AI is a necessity nowadays. This study focused on the banking industry because of the rapid change in the world's financial system. In the research, AI's history and overviews are studied to increase the understanding of AI, then analysis of the challenges and risks is conducted in order to maximize benefits. All of the studies showed that AI is still in its early stages, even though it has been developing for a long time, it is still cannot reach the standard. So it is still worth looking into AI's direction in the future. In this study, the contribution is to demonstrate the concept of how banking industry is being affected by AI, so that researchers can understand what people are afraid of AI and know how people can improve from which aspects in the future.
