本研究發明一新撕膜方法來滿足真空熱轉印製程之自動撕膜及轉貼膜到滑鼠表面的需求。新撕膜方法先透過熱轉印紙剝離實驗來找出降低撕膜困難度的方法。藉由新撕膜方法,本研究開發出一套撕膜貼膜的自動化系統。撕膜貼膜自動化系統考量現行真空熱轉印製程設計,而可容易導入現行製程。
撕膜貼膜自動化系統可分為四大子系統,包括熱轉印紙的自動進紙及分離保護紙子系統、熱轉印紙傳輸子系統、熱轉印紙邊緣剝離子系統、撕膜複合貼膜子系統。自動進紙及分離保護紙子系統利用滾輪的進給速度差及風扇分離保護紙;熱轉印紙傳輸子系統負責子系統間熱轉印紙的傳遞;熱轉印紙邊緣剝離子系統則藉由特定刀片間隙切熱轉印紙而可剝離熱轉印膜邊緣;撕膜複合貼膜子系統則利用膜夾持機構的設計、熱轉印紙傳輸子系統及機械夾爪將熱轉印膜撕下並覆蓋於被轉印之物件表面。四大子系統利用一控制板及感測器將個別子系統整合成為一完整的系統。藉由如此的系統開發,可補足真空熱轉印製程尚未自動化的部分,使得真空熱轉印製程全程自動化。
In this study, a new film peeling method to peel the film from the sheet of heat transfer printing and attached on the fixture of the heat transfer printing is invented. As the demand of automation for heat-transfer printing process, the new film peeling method is invented by the process of cutting the edge of heat-transfer sheets to reduce the difficulty of film-peeling. By applying the new film-peeling method, this study develops an automatic film-peeling-and-film-attaching platform which fits the processes of current heat-transfer printing process.
The automatic film-peeling-and-film-attaching platform is divided into 4 sub-systems: the sheet-feeding and protective-layer-separating sub-system, the sheet-transferring sub-system, the edge-of-sheet-cutting sub-system, the film-peeling-and-film-attaching sub-system. The sheet-feeding and protective-layer-separating sub-system feeds sheets by rollers and separates protective layer of sheets by a fan and the difference of feeding velocity between rollers; the sheet-transferring sub-system transfers sheets among sub-systems by rollers; the edge-of-sheet cutting sub-system strips the edge of heat-transfer films at a certain clearance; the film-peeling-and-film-attaching sub-system combines a designed gripper on the fixture and a robotic gripper with sheet-transferring sub-system to peel the film and attach it to the ready-to-print object. The 4 sub-systems are integrated by a controller and several sensors. Through the development of this platform, the heat-transfer printing process is improved and thus can be fully automatized.
