人口老化造成的社會影響與時俱增,各類型活躍老化活動持續升溫之外,面向也更加多元。其中,「生命回顧」能透過回想生命故事協助個人意義建構、進行人格發展整合,對老後心理健康促進有正向積極的影響,生命故事敘說也同樣帶來不同的意義與影響。本研究以某退休族群生命故事引導服務為例,探索生命故事敘說歷程的意義建構,包括: (一) 退休者如何在故事引導下進行生命故事敘說; (二) 退休者如何透過故事引導進行生命故事的意義建構; (三) 故事引導對退休者產生的結果或影響。
研究首先比較分析個案四項故事引導專案之應用情境與架構,探討其在服務系統中的脈絡,分為社區型與組織型兩種應用情境,接著取非傳統應用之組織型故事引導專案深入研究。參考意會理論 (Sensemaking) 之意義建構框架,將生命故事引導歷程分作六階段,與退休者之故事敘說內容進行細部分析討論,最後提出 (一) 具體的生命故事引導架構、 (二) 生命故事引導之使用情境,使故事引導在未來有更廣泛及靈活的運用與討論。
The social impact that aging makes has increased with time, as a result, research on active ageing activity continuously heats up. "Life Review" is proved to have positively influence for development of old-age mental health, and integrate personality development. Life storytelling comes with reviewing, and also provides its advantage. This study takes a life story facilitating service for retired people as a case to explore the sensemaking through life story narrative process, including: (1) how retired people conduct life storytelling through story facilitating; (2) how retired people carry out sensemaking during life storytelling through story facilitating; (3) what’s the result of sensemaking process and how the story facilitating influences the retirees.
Firstly, the research compares the application context from four related projects in the service system, and analyzes. Secondly according to sensemaking theory, author divide the story facilitating process into five stages, analyze the storytelling process of retired people in each. Finally, the study (1) proposes a specific life story facilitating framework, and (2) application context to enable the story facilitating to can be explore more in the future.
