目的:本研究目的在探討八週全身振動訓練 (whole-body vibration training, WBVT) 對手球運動員垂直跳躍與十級跳躍表現的影響。方法:以16位大專甲組手球選手,採立意取樣均分為人數相等之實驗組及控制組,兩組運動員皆接受例行性每週5次之手球專項訓練,但實驗組需額外接受連續8週、每週3次、振幅2 mm、頻率20 Hz至40 Hz的全身振動訓練。垂直跳躍表現是以蹲踞跳躍 (squat jump, SJ) 與下蹲跳躍 (counter movement jump, CMJ) 最大跳躍高度為評估指標,而十級跳躍表現則是以10次單腳交互跳遠最大距離為評估指標,所得數據以前測表現為共變數,進行單因子共變數分析兩組間於訓練後各變項的差異情形。結果:實驗組經由8週全身振動訓練後顯著增進蹲踞跳躍高度 (F = 5.14, p < .05)、下蹲跳躍高度 (F = 5.31 , p < .05)與十級跳躍距離 (F = 5.45, p < .05)。結論:本研究驗證8週額外全身振動訓練可有效提升手球運動員的垂直與十級跳躍表現,其機轉應與運動員訓練後強化的運動單位同步作用與徵召速率、增進收縮肌群牽張縮短循環效益 (Stretch-Shortening Cycle, SSC) 及改善下肢神經肌肉肢體協調有關。
Purpose: To evaluate the effects of eight weeks of whole-body vibration training (WBVT) on vertical and decuple jump performance in handball athletes. Methods: Sixteen collegiate Level I handball athletes volunteered for this study. They were divided equally as control group and experimental group (EG). During the period of the study, all athletes underwent the same handball specific training, but the EG received additional WBVT (amplitude: 2 mm, frequency: 20 Hz – 40 Hz) three time per week for eight consecutive weeks. The vertical jump performance was evaluated according to the maximum height of squat jump (SJ) and countermovement jump (CMJ). The decuple jump performance was evaluated by the total distance covered in ten single leg long jumps. Single factor ANCOVA was used to examine the differences in each parameter between the groups after training with the pretest values as a covariate. The statistic significance was set at p < .05. Results: After 8 weeks WBVT, the EG had significantly improved the maximal height of SJ (F = 5.14, p < .05), the maximal height CMJ (F = 5.31, p < .05), and the total distance of decuple jump (F = 5.45, p < .05). Conclusions: 8 weeks of additional WBVT could improve the vertical and decuple jump performance in handball athletes. Enhanced motor unit synchronization and firing rates, facilitated muscular contraction stretch-shortening cycle, and improved lower extremity neuromuscular coordination could account for these enhancements.
