論文摘要
本論文的主要目的,在於提出如何建立一個專案管理流程的能力指標,使企業在執行專案管理過程可以有系統的自我評價,並且能持續改善專案管理的機制。所提出的專案管理流程能力指標與評價模式,涵蓋了一般專案管理的發起、規畫、執行、控制、結案等五個階段,並以進度、成本、品質等項目,作為控制階段的首要評估對象。此外,本研究也提出Cpl、Cpu、Cpk、Ca等多種管理能力之衡量指標,並且依據專案管理各個階段,設計評等項目及標準,明確定義各項指標的內容與要求標準。最後本研究以A公司作為實證對象,來證明此專案管理流程能力指標的實用性與價值,檢驗A公司的專案在不同階段的專案績效,結果顯示本研究的所提指標具充分實用性。
Abstract
The objective of this study is to propose a project management process capability index to systematically evaluate the project performance, and to continuously improve the project management mechanism. The proposed index can be applied to different stages of a project including project initiating, project planning, project executing, project controlling and project closing, The project progress, project cost and project quality are three major categories to be evaluated. Moreover, the Cpl, Cpu, Cpk and Ca are developed to appraise the project capability, and items and criteria are defined to assess project capability at each stage of the project. Finally, a real project example is utilized to demonstrate the applicability of the model, and the results show that the proposed model can be a valuable tools for evaluating the performance of project management.
