本文是以複合卜瓦松過程(Compound Poisson Process)來探討的負載和強度模型下的可靠度計算問題,我們討論具有 分配型態的負載及常數強度下的可靠度模式。其中負載會以卜瓦松過程的方式對產品造成衝擊,故衝擊模式會成為一個複合卜瓦松過程,且我們將計算出產品使用壽命的期望值、變異數和動差母函數。我們並以數值範例進行說明。
This article is discussing on the calculating reliability problem of strength and stress model under the compound poisson process. We discuss about the reliability method which is under the strength and constant stress of Gamma distribution mode. In this case , the strength passed through the compound poisson process will have shock on products. Thus, shock model goes under the compound poisson process. Besides we are going to calculate the product’s usage of expected,variance ,and moment generation function. We illustrate through the numerical example .
