本研究探討地緣政治風險對航太工業供應鏈的影響與因應策略，並以A公司為個案分析對象。地緣政治風險在全球化的經濟中扮演著關鍵角色，特別是對於航太製造業的供應鏈管理活動。這種風險可能源於政治不穩定、經濟制裁、貿易限制或軍事衝突等，並對供應鏈造成顯著的影響和成本增加。研究首先以價值鏈分析個案公司在航太製造產業供應鏈中的現況，評估地緣政治事件對其營運的具體影響，展示了如何透過有效的策略規劃與風險管理來保障其全球營運活動免受這些風險的嚴重影響。利用創新六策提出一套整體的營運策略，旨在幫助A公司及類似企業識別與緩解地緣政治風險。

本研究透過在理論上擴展地緣政治風險對航太產業供應鏈管理領域的理解，並於實務中提供了航太製造產業的具體管理框架，幫助企業在當前全球政治經濟動態快速變化的環境下，能夠在營運上有效的進行風險管理和應變參考。

This study explores the impact of geopolitical risks on the aerospace industry's supply chain and proposes response strategies, using Company A as a case study. Geopolitical risks play a crucial role in the globalized economy, particularly in the supply chain management activities of the aerospace manufacturing industry. These risks may stem from political instability, economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or military conflicts, leading to significant impacts and increased costs for the supply chain. The research begins with a value chain analysis of the case company in the aerospace manufacturing industry, assessing the specific impacts of geopolitical events on its operations. It demonstrates how effective strategic planning and risk management can protect its global operations from these severe risks. Using the Six Innovation Strategies, a comprehensive operational strategy is proposed to help Company A and similar enterprises identify and mitigate geopolitical risks.

This study theoretically expands the understanding of geopolitical risks in the field of aerospace industry supply chain management and provides a specific management framework for the aerospace manufacturing industry in practice. It aims to help enterprises effectively manage risks and respond in the rapidly changing global political and economic environment.
