  • 本研究提出陽極端多向性液氣分離結構,以期能真正組裝在微型燃料電池上,觀察現象並測試其效能,發現可以有效的排除氣泡,然而此設計發現一些缺點需要進一步改進,包括由於使用矽材料的MEMS製程,使得本身結構不耐高壓且集電能力較差,且封裝因設計導致燃料液體會在結構與MEA中竄流。另外我們使用親水性的不□鋼網以及鍍金不□鋼網當作GDL以求增加集電能力,並且觀察其排氣現象與斥水性碳布GDL的差別,可以發現親水性的不□鋼網氣泡產生以及排出都比較明顯,導電性也較佳,不過在熱壓上會有觸媒脫落的問題,此一問題還要更進一步來克服。
