「冒險諮商」取向的助人工作對酷愛登山的研究者而言，就像是心中的一座大山！本研究緣起研究者在研究所一年級尋找個人諮商取向時與冒險諮商的邂逅，想望藉著本研究勾勒出冒險諮商在研究者視框中的圖像與位置，並看見冒險諮商專業實踐對研究者自身的影響，重新建構對自我的理解與轉化。本研究採自我敘說的方法，重拼生命的地圖，從研究者邂逅冒險諮商前的生涯，逐步進入研究者體驗、學習與實踐冒險諮商的故事，呈現研究者攀爬心中大山的歷程，並反覆回觀研究者攀爬心裡的那座山，藉著社群對話與省思，揭露冒險諮商的多元視框與思索未來可能發展。同時，以詮釋學現象學的觀點，反身凝視與展望，透過故事文本與經驗再現的循環詮釋歷程，探究研究者的前有前見與不斷的位移轉化，並提出個人社會關懷與批判建議，展望未來國內冒險諮商工作者可能開創的路徑與方向，預期將個人主觀的經驗理解從位能轉為動能，推向公共社會的議題論述與群體實踐。

As a helping professional, the researcher who is very fond of mountain climbing and the learning experience of becoming an adventure counselor is just like a great mountain in his heart. This article leads reader to realize the professional practice of the adventure counseling by self-narrative way. Describing encountered of the adventure counseling and speaking the stories of the researcher from the first grade of research institute till now, the researcher devote himself to learn about the professional practice of the adventure counseling. By experiencing and telling the series of self stories, the researcher tried to figure out the complete pictures of the adventure counseling. Through experiences, learning and professional practice of the adventure counseling, he found the influences for himself. He also tried to re-build the self-understanding of himself. Meanwhile, the process of reproducing the text through a cycle of self experiences and interpretations helped the researcher to see the continuous displacement for him. In addition to witness the workers who engaged in the adventure counseling in this country would open up a new way to practice the adventure counseling, the researcher also expected to convert the subjective experiences from the potential energy to the kinetic energy. Further more, it can advance to the public discussion of social issues and practice.
