  • 本論文的目的是研究在利用新興電視白空間通信與實施電視白空間數據庫系統。出於這個原因,應先了解一些相關的感知無線電和電視白色空間通信研究,像是使用電視白色空間數據庫系統的好處。一旦對背景和目前的電視白色空間通信情況進行了了解,這篇論文提出有關如何設計台灣好電視白空間數據庫的一些規則,然後一個電視白空間數據庫結構的設計和實作出來的數據庫系統。這將透過網頁介面的方式展示。以這種方式,一個開放的和可獲得的電視白空間數據庫系統的實施和結構將被創建。然而,由於目前世界上對電視白空間通信都還缺乏法規、標準和實際傳輸的數據,這篇論文只展示一個基本電視白空間數據庫系統、實施和運作模式。最後是點明未來能做的研究方向。
