我國中央健保局於2011年開始推動論人計酬試辦計畫，但國內基層醫師普遍對論人計酬支付制度持有疑慮，本研究以多重代理人模擬系統模擬案例中配合論人計酬計劃產生的創新社區醫療群健康生活服務模式，研究結果顯示此創新服務模式能夠有效的使醫療院所獲得論人計酬的收入，並可應用於不同的人口組成地區，此外照護對象若達到2000人可避免負擔論人計酬的財務風險，而推薦的論人計酬回饋分配比例為醫院40%、健康生活企業20%、會員40%。本研究可使對於參與健保論人計酬支付制度持有疑慮的醫療院所透過服務模擬系統模擬結果了解論人計酬支付制度所產生的影響，協助其評估以創新社區醫療群健康生活服務模式配合論人計酬支付制度的可行性，並增加其對於論人計酬支付制度的信心。
