cDNA微陣列(cDNA Microarray)是最近幾年所新發展出來的生物科技,這套技術可以同時檢測數千個基因的表現量。而一次cDNA微陣列實驗會產生相當龐大的數據,如何正確的解讀數據中所包含的意義,則需要用到很多的統計方法。
cDNA微陣列的一項重要應用,是比較不同的細胞株(cell lines)其基因的表現差異,所用到的統計方法是多重假設檢定(multiple hypotheses testing)。本文主要工作是提出一個在beta model下的檢定方法,並與Ideker et al.(2000)的方法做比較及討論造成差異的原因。
