This research explores the formation and development of female entrepreneurs' identities in the technology industry, aiming to better understand how this group shapes their entrepreneurial identities.Emphasizing innovation and requiring diverse talents, the number and influence of female entrepreneurs in the technology industry are steadily increasing. However, given the limitations of the entrepreneurial environment and social recognition, the identity affirmation of female entrepreneurs faces challenges. Therefore, using the case studies method in qualitative research, semi-structured
interviews were conducted with four representative female entrepreneurs in the technology industry. The study found that female entrepreneurs have gone through the processes of self-awareness, choosing entrepreneurship, self-identification, social recognition, and professional recognition, thereby shaping their entrepreneurial
identities. The strategies for the formation of female entrepreneurs' identities in the technology industry, as revealed by the results of this study, include the following: technology-driven strategy, self-shaping strategy, relationship network strategy, and self-driving strategy. This study reveals the dynamism and complexity of female
entrepreneurs' identities, as well as their interactions with the social environment, professional fields, and relationship networks. It provides new insights for the field of qualitative research and provides guidance for female entrepreneurs to effectively carry out entrepreneurship, promoting the formation of a more diverse and inclusive entrepreneurial environment.
