  • 為提高五軸工具機之加工精度,即須解析機器誤差來源並加以改善。在不考慮熱因素下,一般靜態誤差主要來自幾何誤差方面,其中包括運動誤差與安裝誤差。因此本論文使用一標準量具:雙球桿量測儀(Double Ball Bar,DBB)搭配所創造之特殊五軸同動量測路徑,進行五軸工具機之幾何誤差量測。並針對幾何誤差中之不可量測的安裝誤差,建立五軸DBB誤差模型並推導DBB總成誤差向量進行誤差參數估測。模擬結果顯示:參數之估測誤差小於1%,證實可利用DBB進行五軸工具機之幾何誤差量測與誤差參數校正。此五軸DBB量測裝置為五軸工具機誤差量測提供了最簡單、快速有效的方法。
