本研究旨在探討任務型語言教學法（Task-Based Language Teaching，縮寫為TBLT）如何讓學習者透過任務達成學習閩南語之目的，希望能藉此引導學習者培養主動、積極、樂於學習閩南語的精神，同時亦能提升教學之效能。本文以Willis (1996 )所提出的六種類型之任務其中的排序與分類（Ordering and Sorting）、解決問題（Problem Solving）與列舉型（Listing）三種任務，應用於國小閩南語課程，由教學者依據現有教材內容，考量學童日常生活環境設計教學任務。本論文研究對象為新竹市某國小中年級學生，研究方式乃透過行動研究、教學活動設計、教室觀察紀錄、課後訪談學生、課後訪談研究夥伴與教學省思，觀察並檢驗任務型教學法運用於閩南語教學的成效為何。研究結果發現應用任務型教學法於國小閩南語課堂可產生的效益如下：增加學生之間互相學習的機會、提高學生之間的互動關係、彈性運用課程、激發學生的學習動機、整合其他學科的教學、檢視任務的過程即可作為學生評量的依據、達成多元評量之效等。根據上述研究所獲致之結論，本研究分別提出建議如下：教學過程需留意時間的掌控、成立班群合作教學、合作設計教學任務、改編現有教科書成為任務型教學、擴展教學任務的類型及研究對象、研發任務型教學的閩南語教材等，期盼能做為現職教師以及後續研究者之參考。

In this study, Task-based Language Teaching (TBLT) is employed in Southern Min instruction of primary school. On the basis of Willis (1996), three kinds of tasks -- listing, ordering and sorting, as well as problem solving tasks -- are designed to facilitate the teaching of Southern Min to third and fourth grade students in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The researcher designs different tasks based on the assigned textbooks. The effects of applying TBLT are evaluated through action research, lesson plans, classroom observations, questionnaires and reflective journals. The findings indicate that most participants agreed that not only their performance of listening and speaking skills but also their affective development and social skills had improved. Besides, through the application of TBLT, mutual learning opportunities are increased, and therefore interactive relationship between students are enhanced. It also makes the curriculum more flexible, and thus strengthens students’ learning motivation. Moreover, utilizing tasks makes the integration of other subjects possible and therefore help reach the goal of multiple assessments. Based on our research, some suggestions on implementing TBLT are also provided. They are as follows: paying attention to time management in the classroom, applying cooperative teaching, cooperating to plan tasks, adapting textbooks for tasks, making tasks more diversified, implementing TBLT in different graders of primary school.
