自2013年國軍發生「洪仲丘事件」後,在沒有任何配套措施及考量國軍部隊領導統御與內部管教的需要,全面將軍法轉移到司法體系內。此舉不但影響了國軍幹部的領導威信,並間接對部隊的訓練造成干擾,更對部隊戰力戕害甚深。現在的年輕人嚮往自由,與傳統軍中的價值觀比較起來,一旦這種充分實現自我的價值觀進入軍中之後,如何能服從長官的命令,以及團隊的約束。因此希望藉由本研究能釐清問題,思考出解決策略,並期望未來能實際應用在管理實務中。
本次研究希望探討國軍人員服從性與經濟誘因、職業聲望及工作熱情之間的影響關係。本研究為橫斷式研究法,採方便取樣,並於網路社團發布問卷,招募236位受試者。資料蒐集包含社會人口學問卷、軍事相關因素問卷、軍事服從態度量表、薪資滿意度量表、職業聲望量表、工作熱情量表。研究資料以SPSS軟體第29版分析,使用描述性統計與推論性統計分析,探討社影響國軍人員服從性與薪資滿意、職業聲望及工作熱情三者之間的影響程度。
由結果可知,國軍人員的薪資滿意度、職業聲望、工作熱情三個變數均對服從性有顯著的影響。薪資滿意度的提高與服從性呈正相關,表示當國軍人員對其薪資感到滿意時,其對命令的服從性也較高;職業聲望同樣對服從性有正向影響,表示職業地位和認可度的提升能增強軍人的服從性;工作熱情也是一個重要因素,研究發現工作熱情越高的軍人,其服從性也越強。
此次研究結果對於軍隊管理具有實際意義,其揭示了薪資滿意度、職業聲望和工作熱情對國軍人員服從性的正向影響,建議軍隊管理層從這三個方面著手,以提高軍隊的整體運行效率和人員的滿意度。
"Since the 'Hung Chung-chiu incident' in 2013, the military justice system in Taiwan was entirely moved to the civilian judicial system without any supportive measures and consideration of the needs for leadership and internal discipline within the military forces. This change not only affected the leadership prestige of military officers but also indirectly disrupted troop training and significantly harmed combat readiness. Nowadays, young people yearn for freedom, and when such a self-fulfillment-oriented value system enters the military, it raises questions about how they can obey orders and adhere to team constraints. Thus, this research aims to clarify these issues, devise strategic solutions, and hopes to apply these strategies in management practices in the future.
This study explores the relationships between obedience among national military personnel and economic incentives, professional prestige, and work enthusiasm. It employs a cross-sectional study design using convenience sampling, with surveys distributed via online social groups, recruiting 236 participants. Data collection includes sociodemographic surveys, military-related factors surveys, military obedience attitude scales, salary satisfaction scales, professional prestige scales, and work enthusiasm scales. The data is analyzed using SPSS software version 29, employing descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to explore the impact of salary satisfaction, professional prestige, and work enthusiasm on military obedience.
The results show that salary satisfaction, professional prestige, and work enthusiasm significantly influence obedience. Higher salary satisfaction correlates positively with obedience, indicating that military personnel who are satisfied with their salaries tend to have higher obedience; professional prestige also has a positive effect on obedience, suggesting that enhanced status and recognition can strengthen military obedience; work enthusiasm is also a crucial factor, as the study found that military personnel with higher work enthusiasm exhibit stronger obedience.
These findings have practical implications for military management, revealing the positive effects of salary satisfaction, professional prestige, and work enthusiasm on military personnel's obedience. It is recommended that military management focus on these three aspects to improve overall operational efficiency and personnel satisfaction."
