本研究以經營生態教材園融入教學過程，採用合作式行動研究法，透過研究群與觀察教師，由研究者省思札記、訪談紀錄、錄音、拍照、學生學習單回報、評量卷、觀察與紀錄等方式廣泛的蒐集資料，描述分析，並詢問專家意見，進行交叉檢核，檢討修正。本研究主要在探索經營生態教材園及利用其教學之過程，以及在經營和教學過程所遭遇的境，及其解決之道。經營的過程包含設立位置規劃、素材來源規劃、教材園的設立與經營，最後檢討經過經營與教學過程後研究者的收穫與學生在認知、技能、情意上的成長。
研究結論：　　　　　　　
（一）利用各校現有資源配合學校整體校園規劃為具有特色之生態教材園。
（二）生態教材園的經營，需考慮經費的籌措、設立位置的調查與規劃、素材來源的規劃尋找、經營人員的安排與調配、教材園的經營照顧，在經營的過程尚須充實相關知識與專家的請益。
（三）利用生態教材園實施教學，可引起學生求知的興趣，增加對動、植物的認識與拓展原有的視野，認識生物生存環境，學習觀察動、植物的技巧，培養愛護環境的情操。
（四）經營生態教材園以融入教學時其可能面臨的困境及解決之道包括：環境遭受破壞及其維護、教材園建築設計不良及其改進、素材來源的斷絕及其補充。

This research focus on immersing in the teaching by managing ecological teaching material zone, take on the method of cooperative activity for researching , and collect data broadly by thinking note of the researcher ,
record of visiting , recording , taking photograph , the reply of the learning note of the students , test , observing and recording , then describe and analyze , inquire the opening of professional , inspect intercross , review and adjust .
This research focus on the process of investigating how to manage the ecological teaching material zone and making use of it to teach , and the difficult when manage and teach. And how　we can solve the difficult . The process of managing consists of the settings of the position , the setting of that how we can get the stuff , the setup, and managing of teaching material zone, we comment the harvest of the researcher during managing and teaching , and the growth of students　in knowledge , technique and sentiment .
The result of the research consists of
（一） Constructing the ecological teaching material garden by the exist resource of schools ,and match with the overall campus design of schools .
（二） Managing ecological teaching material garden must consider how to get the budget ,investigating and planning of the position to setup , planning how we can get the stuff , the setting and dispensing of the managing personnel , managing and taking care of the teaching material garden and we must get the relative knowledge and ask professional for advice .
（三） Teaching by ecological teaching material garden can excite the interest of students to seek knowledge, increase the understanding for the creature and plant and expand the view who have originally, know the environment where the
living thing living in , study how to observe the creature and plant, train up the sentiment to cherishing the environment .
（四） The difficult that we maybe have and the method to solve when immersing the managing ecological teaching material garden into teaching including : the environment incur destroying and maintain the environment , the architectural design of the teaching material garden is bad and improve the design , the source of the stuff vanish and supply the stuff .
