本論文的研究目的在於利用本體論來表示領域知識,並探討如何利用多代理人系統幫助創業知識之分享,建立一個以本體論為基礎之協調合作模式。
本論文研究對象主要以數位內容產業為背景之案例公司。經由蒐集案例公司本身的創業背景、所具備的創業知識以及創業者所掌握之創業策略。藉此觀察其營運模式與服務平台建置知識,由建構的創業之跨邊界知識連結本體論為基礎,設計多代理人系統以協助創業機會之辨識。
研究中所提供的模式、情境、與工具期望能夠協助企業內以及企業外部其他廠商之協調活動。經由原型系統運作的協調過程,讓創業組織內外部資源與知識結合,分析出能夠提升創業機會辨識之價值與元素。
本研究透過代理人系統來進行創業機會發展,利用代理人自主性的行為、特色,可促進資訊之協調。由於本研究的代理人系統是以本體論為知識基礎,故透過知識的再生、分享,可使得本體論更加完整,當本體論愈豐富完整,代理人經由推論之後所提供創業者的資訊與建議也就更加確實、精練,以降低創業風險,提升創業機會辨識之能力。
本研究設計以本體論為基礎之多代理人原型系統,期望能幫助創業者發揮創新精神、體驗機會,強化數位內容產業創業之優勢。
This research explores how the Ontology was used to describe domain knowledge and how the Multi-Agent System was applied to coordinate knowledge and information sharing in the entrepreneurial activities coordination to capture business opportunities.
In this research, a digital content business initiative was used as an example to illustrate entrepreneurial activities, knowledge and strategy to build the business model and services platform. Based on the Ontology of cross-organization knowledge linkages, the research designed the Multi-Agent System to support entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The agent development tools were used to represent the scenario and construct a conceptual prototype system to show how the Ontology-based Multi-Agent System operates.
The model, scenario, and tools were integrated to support the coordination of the entrepreneurial teams. In the process of system operating, it was observed that the combination and reuse of the internal and external knowledge can facilitate the linkage and analysis of the valuable resources to enhance entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The Ontology can react dynamically to the activities involved among the agents and support better knowledge generating and sharing. When the Ontology becomes more complete and plentiful, the information provided will be more refined to support the agent interactions. Hence, risks can be reduced and opportunity recognition can be enhanced.
Finally, this research outlined a design framework for an Ontology-based Multi-Agent System to support the development of innovative model and the realization of entrepreneurial opportunities in the digital content business initiatives.
