摘要

本研究旨在依據隔代教養兒童的特殊家庭背景，來設計適當的藝術治療輔導活動，透過藝術創作來釋放隔代教養兒童的負面情緒與創傷經驗，進而改善其家庭概念。
本研究之研究對象為三名隔代教養兒童，為配合個案研究實務工作之進行，採單一樣本前、後測驗設計，運用房子-樹-人測驗（H-T-P）、家庭動力繪畫測驗（K-F-D）、家庭概念量表等研究工具，來探討藝術治療的介入對個案之影響，同時分析個案在藝術治療過程中的行為及藝術表現來探討其家庭概念改變的歷程。整個研究過程可分為三個階段：一、準備階段：研究者於民國97年10月初針對班上每位學生進行家庭訪問，挑選出三位隔代教養學童為研究對象。確定研究對象之後，便開始蒐集藝術治療及隔代教養兒童的相關文獻，並擬定藝術治療的輔導活動計劃；二、介入階段：研究者在評估個案之基本資料與取得家長同意書之後，並於初次面談時完成房子-樹-人測驗、家庭動力繪畫測驗及家庭概念量表的前測。於民國98 年2月開始對個案進行15次的藝術治療活動，本論文為藝術治療介入15次的階段性研究報告；三、完成階段：個案於接受15 次活動之後，隔天接受後測評估（評估工具與前測時相同），在取得個案各項資料之後，研究者針對房子-樹-人測驗與家庭動力繪畫測驗做敘述性評估，並且比較家庭概念量表前、後測驗結果，以便對於藝術治療活動介入之影響作相關因素的研究、探討。
本研究結果顯示如下：一、經由藝術治療活動的介入，個案的家庭概念增強；二、在藝術治療活動的過程中，個案的自信心增加，多媒材的探索使個案更有創造力，而活動中的作品分享，則有助於其人際關係的表現。

Abstract

This research focuses on the special family background of the grandparent- children to design suitable art therapy activities. The researcher would try to release grandparent-children’s negative mood and the wound experience by artistic creation to make them improve their family concept.
There are three grandparent-children as the objects of this study. For the coordination of the case study’s practical purpose, this research uses the sole sample pre and post-examination design and utilizes the House-Tree-Person Test (H-T-P), Kinetic-Family-Drawings Test(K-F-D), Family Concept Scale, and so on. The researcher wants to probe into the influences of art therapy intervention on the cases and analyzes the cases’ behavior and art performance simultaneously as to reflect change of their family concept. There are three stages of the whole study：1.preparatory stage：The researcher made interviews with each students’ parents in October, 2008, and chose three grandparent-children as the object of study. The researcher then started to collect the literatures related to art therapy of grandparent-children, and drew up the counselling activity plan of art therapy. 2.involvement stage: After evaluating the cases’ documents and obtaining the parents’ letter of consent, the researcher made the cases finish the House-Tree-Person Test (H-T-P), the Kinetic-Family-Drawings Test(K-F-D), and the pre-examination of Family Concept Scale. All three children accepted the 15 art therapy activities from February, 2009. This thesis contains thus the stage report of the 15 interventions of art therapy. 3. accomplishment stage: After the cases finished 15 activities, they conducted the assessment of the post-examination next day. Obtaining cases’ data, the researcher made the narrative assessment of the House-Tree-Person Test (H-T-P) and the Kinetic-Family-Drawings Test (K-F-D), and compared the pre and post examinations’ outcomes of Family Concept Scale so that the related factors of the influences of art therapy intervention could be shown and interpreted.
The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.The cases’ family concept has been enhanced by art therapy intervention. 2. Through the process of art therapy, the cases’ self-confidence could be increased, and by exploration of multi-media materials, three cases could cultivate and enjoy their creativity. The artworks shared in the activities are also helpful to their performance of interpersonal relationship.
