摘 要
　　自從人類在社會上各層面應用資訊技術後，不論是私有企業或是政府行政機關均致力於使用先進的資訊科技產品（特別是網際網路的運用），以有效地增加資訊處理的速度與正確性，並降低行政成本。因此，新竹縣政府教育處於2002年起推動校務行政系統，積極發展電子化政府。
　　科技接受模式相關研究指出資訊科技產品的有用性、易用性是使用者接受此產品之關鍵因素。新竹縣政府教育處所推動的校務行政系統可以視為資訊科技產品的一種，國小教職員所知覺到校務行政系統的易用性、有用性，應為國小教職員採用校務行政系統的關鍵因素。本研究以Davis（1989）「科技接受模式」為理論基礎，實證探討影響新竹縣國民小學
教職員採用校務行政系統的行為意願因素。
　　本研究利用問卷蒐集資料，進行資料分析與驗證假說，經過結構方程式模式分析，結果發現模式適配度良好。本研究將研究結果整理後提出以下幾點結論，以提供後續研究者或相關單位作為參考：
一、校務行政系統使用狀況是屬於偏低情形。
二、部分學校教職員已將資訊科技運用於校務行政工作當中，並獲得部分成效。
三、國小教職員所知覺校務行政系統的「認知有用性」會因學校規模、年齡、教育程度、服務年資、最近一個月內使用次數而有差異。
四、國小教職員所知覺校務行政系統的「認知易用性」會因學校規模、學校區域、最近一個月內使用次數而有差異。
五、國小教職員對於校務行政系統的「態度」會因學校規模、服務年資、最近一個月內使用次數而有差異。
六、國小教職員對於使用校務行政系統的「行為意願」會因學校規模、年齡、服務年資、參與研習活動經驗、最近一個月內使用次數而有差異。
七、國小教職員個人所知覺的校務行政系統之「認知有用性」、「認知易用性」、「態度」對於國小教職員使用校務行政系統的行為意願有顯著預測效果。

Abstract

Since 2002, the educational department of Hsinchu County Government carried out school administration system, to promote the development of e-government.In this study Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) was used as the theoretical foundation to explore the adoption of school administration system .And the research sample was drawn from the staff in public elementary schools of Hsinchu county.
TAM developed by Davis(1989) shows that the usefulness,ease of use for Information Technology(IT) products are key factors to change the user’s adoption.The usefulness and ease of use perceived by the elementary school staff will also change their intention of use to that system.
In this study,the data were collected and analysis by the questionnaire designed by the researcher .The Structural Equation Model(SEM) results showed that all data supported the model and all hypotheses were accepted. The following conclusions were drawn from this study:
1.Most of the staff in elementary schools seldom use the school administration system .
2.Some staff of the elementary schools have applied IT to administrative work and solve their problems.
3. Staff of the elementary schools have different thoughts about Perceived Usefulness(PU) because of school size, age, level of education,years of service, and using frequency to that system within last one month.
4.Staff of the elementary schools have different thoughts about Perceived Ease of Use(PEU) because of school size,school location,and using frequency to that system within last one month.
5.Staff of the elementary schools have different thoughts about Attitude toward Use(AU) because of school size,years of service, and using frequency to that system within last one month.
6.Staff of the elementary schools have different thoughts about Behavior Intention(BI) because of school size, age,years of service, conference attendance,and using frequency to that system within last one month.
7.The perception of PU,PEU and AU for the elementary school staff can affect the BI when they use the school administration system.
