本論文探討了台灣玻璃產業面臨的挑戰與機會，尤其是在全球化和科技進步的影響下。台灣玻璃產業，由於其高能耗和高人力需求特性，面對著經營成本的增加和市場競爭的壓力。本研究採用了質性分析和個案研究方法，深入分析了玻璃產業的經營環境，並結合安索夫矩陣、五力分析、SWOT分析等策略工具，提出了針對台灣玻璃產業的具體發展策略。這些策略包括創新價值、改進生產效率和進軍新市場等，旨在幫助企業抓住新的市場機會並提高競爭力。最後，根據目標顧客訪談結果，進行藍海ERRC四項行動架構（Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create）來創新策略，明確需要消除、減少、提升與創造的關鍵要素。研究強調，為了適應快速變化的商業環境，企業需要進行策略調整，以保持其在行業中的競爭力。

This thesis examines the challenges and opportunities facing the glass industry in Taiwan, particularly under the influences of globalization and technological advancement. The Taiwanese glass industry, characterized by high energy and labor requirements, faces increased operational costs and competitive market pressures. The study utilized qualitative analysis and case study methods to deeply analyze the business environment of the glass industry. It employed strategic tools like the Ansoff Matrix, Porter's Five Forces, and SWOT analysis to propose specific development strategies for Taiwan's glass industry. These strategies include creating innovative values, improving production efficiency, and venturing into new markets, aiming to help businesses seize new market opportunities and enhance competitiveness. Additionally, the Blue Ocean Strategy is suggested as a method to avoid fierce market competition. The study emphasizes the need for strategic adjustments to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
