曲率半徑以及壓力角是凸輪可用性的重要參考指標,藉由曲率半徑和壓力角的分析,可以了解凸輪機構的受力情況以及傳力效率。本文利用盤形凸輪的向量方程式和曲率半徑公式,計算出凸輪輪廓之曲率半徑和壓力角,再藉由改變設計參數值以探討各個設計參數對曲率半徑最小值和壓力角的影響。在本文中討論了平移式滾子型從動件、平移式平面型從動件、擺動式滾子型從動件以及擺動式平面型從動件等四種不同的盤形凸輪機構,分別探討其各個設計參數對曲率半徑最小值和壓力角的影響,同時也針對各設計參數對曲率半徑最小值的影響程度作靈敏度分析,以了解何種設計參數對凸輪輪廓曲率半徑有較顯著的影響。最後,根據上述分析的結果指出可以同時改善曲率半徑和壓力角之設計參數條件,以提供往後在凸輪設計改良之參考。
